Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Thryever collects, why, and how it's handled. If anything here is unclear, email hello@thryever.com and you'll hear back from the person who built the app, not a support queue.
What we collect
- Account info — an email address only if you choose to create an account. The app works anonymously from the first screen; nothing requires sign-up to try it.
- Your supplement stack — the products you add, whether scanned or entered manually, and their dose/schedule.
- Intake logs — when you mark something as taken or skipped.
- Daily check-ins — your energy, sleep, mood, and focus scores.
- Deficiency quiz answers — if you take the optional quiz, your lifestyle answers, used only to generate your own rule-based nutrient suggestions.
- Lab results — only if you choose to enter them (Pro tier feature).
- Basic product analytics — anonymized usage events (e.g. which screens are used), via a privacy-first analytics tool, to understand what's working and what isn't.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data, ever, to anyone.
- We don't share your individual logs, check-ins, or quiz answers with advertisers.
- We don't use your data to train third-party AI models.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with Supabase, hosted in the Tokyo region. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat — Thryever never sees or stores your card details. Crash and error reports (technical data only, not your personal logs) are handled through Sentry.

Your choices
- Delete your data — email hello@thryever.com and your account and all associated logs will be permanently deleted.
- Export your data — Standard and Pro tiers can export their full history as a CSV at any time.
- Use it anonymously — you can use the core app, including the scanner and check-ins, without ever creating an account.
Children
Thryever is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
